About Our Services. WEDIN's Lawn and Cleanup offers Lawn Maintenance Service, Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Junk Removal Service, Hauling Service. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by WEDIN's Lawn and Cleanup or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. WEDIN's Lawn and Cleanup may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of WEDIN's Lawn and Cleanup arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify WEDIN's Lawn and Cleanup from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. WI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WI.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
